Condoleezza Rice gives Non-Sequitur to Avoid Torture Question 4/30/2009

Condoleezza Rice side stepping a Stanford student on the topic of US torture. She goes into the horror of being inside the Twin Towers on 9/11, when she claimed ignorance about that as Intelligence Chief for the US in front of Congress. Now she uses 9/11 as a justification for torturing POW’s who have been guilty of nothing.
